With a proven track record in delivering PR results, igniting conversations, and creating aspirational events, we aim to deliver outstanding strategy, national media, and influencer & brand contacts, combined with hands-on support and insider knowledge of the Australian media landscape.

Stephanie Whife

Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director Stephanie Whife over six years’ experience in the PR, marketing, and events industries. Prior to launching SWITCH Agency in 2017, Steph worked at leading events and communications agencies, delivering PR campaigns and major events for the likes of Miss Universe Australia and The Royal Queensbury Corporate Challenge.

With unsurpassable media and influencer relationships Australia-wide, Steph has driven exceptional communications and marketing results for brand launches including Edicole, Désirs de Voyage, House of Casa, Dingo Yachts, Roho Bure Vegan Ice Cream, and Out With Audrey to name a few.

Steph also manages some of Australia’s leading talent and influencers, including Olivia Molly Rogers, Jessica Sepel, and Allira Potter, helping to achieve major ambassador campaigns with clients such as Priceline, The Body Shop, Victoria Racing Club Spring Carnival and Australian Blueberries.

Passionate about creating the perfect balance between big ideas and the finer details, Steph aims to ensure a quality product is delivered for all involved.

Courtney Hoskins

Creative Director

Impossible is a word Courtney struggles to understand. In her world, where there is a vision, there is a way! Equal parts do-er & dreamer, Courtney is enthusiastic and passionate about the clients she works with and isn’t afraid to push the boundaries until perfection is achieved.

Prior to joining SWITCH as Creative Director, Courtney's role as an Event Manager at one of Perth’s top event companies, saw her work with some of Australia’s top brands including Ferrari, Optus, Enex 100 Shopping Centre and a career highlight, styling The Bumble Marquee in The Birdcage for the 2018 Spring Carnival.

As an Event Manager, Courtney will work with you to apply your vision to the event, ensuring you get the bang for your buck. A master problem solver, Courtney loves a to-do list, thrives under pressure and is renowned for putting her clients first to deliver an unrivalled outcome.

Courtney also oversees some of WA’s top Talent including Rebecca Marsh, and Dom Sheed, curating partnerships and collaborations with national brands such as Next Official, Bunnings and Crown Resorts.

Carolina Holland

Senior Account Manager

Having spent 6 years in New York City as a Senior Event Producer working for some of the city’s most prominent Creative Agencies, Carolina brings a wealth of industry and international knowledge to the Switch team as Account Manager.

With more than 12 years of experience within the marketing industry, Carolina’s focus has primarily been in experiential and live events. Trained in journalism and public relations, Carolina has a keen eye for the finite details, ensuring a client’s dream can become a reality.

At Switch, Carolina works between managing talent and clients, alongside Steph and Courtney. Efficient, composed, professional and open minded, Carolina believes that two heads are always better than one.

Anna Bodlovich

Marketing Coordinator

Anna knows a thing or two about trying to find the right message in a crowd. Having grown up in a big Italian family, Anna understands the importance of team work and is our go-to Brand enthusiast.

As Switch’s Marketing Assistant, Anna is passionate about helping brands develop their unique story which stems from her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Advertising and Graphic Design. She’ll delve deep and immerse herself in each of our client’s visions.

Anna’s impeccable communication and gentle nature transcends from paper to reality, ensuring each of our client’s journeys are seamless and meet their required needs and expectations. Previously, Anna worked in her family business as a brand and marketing manager, as well as freelancing for a number of local Perth brands.

Hayley Wilson

Account Manager

Hayley has returned to Perth after seven years in Sydney, working in Public Relations and running her own makeup artistry business. She has worked on both sides of production and understands the expectations of talent, brands, and clients.

Hayley has worked with major Australian and international fashion, luxury and beauty brands and enjoyed working alongside some of Australia’s biggest models and influencers.

With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in marketing and public relations, Hayley has long had a passion for creative ideas and how to deliver. Hayley is outcomes focused, driven by results and thoroughly loves a challenge. She doesn’t do things in halves, and her fun and warm personality has allowed her to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and talent.
