Subi Blooms x Gather

For a second year running, SWITCH partnered with Subi Blooms x Gather on the annual floral festival - three days over Mother's Day weekend that turned Subiaco's streets into a living gallery of 18 installations and a kaleidoscope-lit trail under the 2026 Flora Aurora theme. Headline acts included Matthew Aberline of The Beautiful and Useful Studio, who brought The Light Within to Market Square Park, and Sydney's Bryce Heyworth of September Studio, who joined forces with Perth's Fox & Rabbit on the opening installation at the Subiaco Oval Heritage Gates. 

Our scope included public relations, influencer marketing, and VIP guest list curation for opening night - shaping the narrative from launch, building anticipation, and partnering with a considered roster of local voices to capture each moment as it unfolded.
