Bec Putna is a content creator, writer, triathlete, swimmer, runner, and cyclist based on the Gold Coast. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Masters of Teaching, Bec is driven by a passion for movement, education, and women’s sport.

Thriving in the outdoors, whether chasing trails or training for her next big challenge, Bec is dedicated to helping others discover what an active lifestyle looks like for them.
