Kirby Bentley is a proud Noongar woman from Western Australia who has built a stellar sporting and leadership legacy across netball, AFLW, and reality TV show, Survivor.

Kirby represented West Coast Fever and Western Sting at elite level netball before transitioning to Australian Rules football. She has played for Fremantle, Western Bulldogs and Carlton in the AFLW.

Off the field, Kirby is recognised for her community impact and advocacy. She founded the Kirby Bentley Cup, a nine-a-side football tournament for Aboriginal girls aged 13–15, providing pathways into state and elite sport. In 2007, she received the Sport Australia Hall of Fame Scholarship. 

Kirby brought her drive and strategy to Australian Survivor: Titans v Rebels, competing on the Rebels tribe. Known for her strong social and strategic gameplay including orchestrating multiple blindsides and winning numerous challenges she was widely praised by fans and critics alike.

Kirby is also an influential mentor and entrepreneur. A natural leader across industries, Kirby has held roles as an AFLW coach and commentator, and in 2025 was named an ambassador for Fred’s Big Run, supporting vision health in Indigenous communities.
