Terra Australis is a highly experienced team of Western Australian based filmmakers and ocean focused production experts: Andre Rerekura, Nush Freedman, Ryan Chatfield and Johnny Debnam. The team’s unique skill sets and arsenal of state-of-the-art production equipment has seen them deliver cinematic projects to the world’s leaders in digital content. In October 2022, Terra Australis’ first Docu-series was launched - Shipwreck Hunters Australia. Streaming on Disney+, with viewership reaching more than 150 million homes globally, the series was a huge success and the crew were commissioned for a season 2. This has led Shipwreck Hunters to be the first ever recommissioned Australian based produced series by Disney+.
